Return, Replacement or Refund Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Process:
  1. Contact our customer service at customercare@nnizam.com to initiate a return.
  2. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service.

Replacements

  • Eligibility: Items that are defective or damaged can be replaced.
  • Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the defective or damaged item.
  • Process:
  1. Contact our customer service at customercare@nnizam.com with details and photos of the defect or damage.
  2. We will assess the issue and, if eligible, provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once the defective item is received and inspected, we will send out a replacement.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for returned items that meet our return criteria.
  • Process:
  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

  • Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Shipping Costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
