Returns

- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Process:

- Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service.
Replacements
- Eligibility: Items that are defective or damaged can be replaced.
- Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the defective or damaged item.
- Process:
- Contact our customer service at customercare@nnizam.com with details and photos of the defect or damage.
- We will assess the issue and, if eligible, provide instructions for returning the item.
- Once the defective item is received and inspected, we will send out a replacement.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are available for returned items that meet our return criteria.
- Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions
- Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
